[fname], there is a new scam email being circulated purporting to be the IRS. It is NOT! The IRS will NEVER initiate contact with you via email.

Do not open an email with the Subject: Update Your Tax Return

If you were to read it (DON'T) it can be easily discerned that it is being written by someone other than the IRS.

As I have said many times before, do not open or click on any email "from" the IRS and do not speak to anyone on the phone purporting to be from the IRS. It is a scam!
