working on ways to streamline the process and make the process
as less taxing as possible (pun intended).
This year we request that you complete the Engagement Letter
and Foreign Asset Report electronically--it will take you less
than two minutes to complete the entire process. There is no
log in required and no username or password to remember.
Click this link or the one below to begin. This will
open your web browser directly to the forms that we need
completed and "signed." Note that you will not have to
print the forms; everything will be done on this screen.

electronically sent to us. We hope you will find this
If you are married, each of you will need to click the link
separately to sign the Engagement Letter and Foreign Asset
The Internal Revenue Service requires that we specifically ask
about any foreign assets that you may have. Due to these
requirements, we will be unable to complete your tax return
until we have received these forms from you.
As always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us
here at the office at 704-552-8689.
I want to stress that due to IRS and professional
requirements, we will not be able to begin working on your tax
return until we receive the signed forms.
