Effective February 1, 2018, below are additional fees that will be billed back to you if any of the associated events occurs:

All employees’ payroll will be by direct deposit. Employees without bank accounts or that do not want to use direct deposits will have their payroll loaded into a SMEED CPA, Inc branded proprietary Visa card. There will be a surcharge of $2.50 for every live check printed
. In the exceptional event of our Firm needing to mail a check to you and/or your employee(s) on your behalf, we will bill back the postage cost to you accordingly.

The cut-off time to provide employee hours and information to process payroll remains at no later than 48 hours before the pay date.
